We are currently looking for Commercial Gas Engineers with all round FM experience to join our clients, who are a progressive business.

Within this varied role you will be carrying out repairs and maintenance at various commercial sites.  You will join the team, covering the central belt and beyond.

 You will have responsibility for carrying out both PPM & reactive works including servicing, fault find diagnosis, reactive repairs and breakdown,  to a wide range of gas fired and heating appliances. These include boilers, burners, hot water systems,  associated ancillary plant equipment and AHU’s.

An excellent Package that includes: 

 £38,000 pa + Company Vehicle

On call allowance @ £100.00 per week - ( rotational ) 

31 days holiday 

Essential:

Comprehensive technical skills along with extensive experience in commercial fault finding  

Skilled in carrying out all aspects of commercial gas servicing and maintenance

Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care with excellent communication skills

• Good problem-solving skills  
• Confidence in own ability
• Full UK Drivers licence
• Requires Disclosure/Police checks
• ACS Commercial Gas certified  
• Served recognised apprenticeship
